We aim to have orders processed within 24 hours once an order is placed. Orders are shipped from Sydney, Australia.
Shipping within Australia will generally be between 2-5 business days, depending on your region. Rural addresses may take slightly longer. This does just depend on Australia Post.
NZ shipping is expected to be within 5-8 working days.

Delivery within USA & UK
Shipping will generally be between 3-7 business days, depending on your state. Tracking information is supplied to you via email upon order confirmation.

Xmas Delivery
We recommend placing your order by the 15th of December to ensure you receive your order for Christmas. If you live rural, we would recommend ordering by the 12th of December to ensure delivery.
Please keep in mind this is the busiest time of the year for us and also local postal services. This means slight delays and planning ahead for gifts is essential.
Returns
We have a 30 day return policy if you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase. You can return your order and receive a full refund on your items. Please just ensure you have followed instructions below before requesting a return.
Returned items must be in the same condition you received them in and with the original packaging. You will need to be able to provide proof of purchase.
Warranties / Faults
In rare situations where you do experience a fault with an item, we will do our best to walk you through potential resolutions. If we can not assist remotely, then you will be able to return your item to us, where we will either fix or replace your item with a new replacement free of charge. We hold a 12-month manufacturer's warranty on all electronic products. This covers faults and does not cover misuse of items so please ensure to follow instructions carefully.
